The problem
Five apps, five habits, none of them stick
People tracking their health usually end up with a workout logger, a calorie counter, a sleep tracker and a habit app that know nothing about each other. Each one asks for effort. None of them can answer the only question that matters on a given morning: given how I slept, ate and trained this week, what should I do today?
The second failure mode is brittleness. Streak mechanics that reset to zero after one missed day punish exactly the people who need the most encouragement.
The approach
One signal on the surface, five systems underneath
- 01
Lead with a single readiness number
Sleep, energy, activity and recovery collapse into one score on the home screen. It is the first thing you see and it changes the recommendation beneath it, so the data has an obvious job.
- 02
Make logging cheap
A workout can be captured in seconds and enriched later. Hydration is a tap. The fastest path always exists, because a tracker people abandon records nothing.
- 03
Design streaks that forgive
Streaks carry a grace day, so a single missed session does not wipe months of progress. Consistency is the goal, not perfection.
- 04
Add accountability without a feed
Unity provides shared challenges and small circles rather than a public timeline. Social pressure that motivates, not the kind that performs.
What shipped
Five surfaces, one product
Screens from the released build, not mockups.

Readiness score
One number that answers "what should I do today?"

Workouts
Log in seconds, or follow a matched plan.

Nutrition
Macros and hydration without a food-diary chore.

Progress
Streaks with a grace day, so one miss does not end it.

Unity
Shared challenges and circles for accountability.
How it was built
One codebase, two stores
Kinesa is a single React Native codebase shipping to both the App Store and Google Play, which is what makes a five-surface product viable for a small team. The same delivery model we use on client MVP Launch engagements: weekly demos, store submission handled end to end.

Building something like this?
Kinesa is the MVP Launch package applied to our own product. Same process, same cadence, same store-submission support. Tell us what you are building and we will come back within one UK working day.
